GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT
løndstrupp sells the goods offered in the online shop to the customer subject to the following terms and conditions of delivery and sale (GTC).
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contract between the customer and løndstrupp is only concluded by an order from the customer and acceptance of the order by løndstrupp. The order from you is made via internet in the online shop. løndstrupp accepts the order by sending you an order confirmation (by e-mail).
PRODUCT OFFER
All information about the goods you receive during the order process is non-binding. In particular, we reserve the right to make changes in design and technology which improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in description, illustration and pricing. No goods are offered that do not comply with legal requirements.
PRODUCT COLOURS
We make every effort to ensure that the colours of the products on the website are true and accurate. Nevertheless, it is possible that there may be subtle differences between the colours given on the photograph and the actual colours. Slight colour deviations are mostly due to colour settings on the monitors and do not represent a defect. If you have any questions about the products, please contact us at info@londstrupp.ch.
PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). The valid payment methods are described on the website.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS

6.1 Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

We deliver via Swiss Post to the delivery address provided by the customer. The postal delivery usually takes 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday). The customer receives a track & trace number with the shipping confirmation. Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein costs CHF 9.00.

6.2 International shipping (outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein):

We deliver via Swiss Post to the delivery address provided by the customer. Depending on the country, the customer will receive the order within approx. 6-12 working days (Monday-Friday) within Europe or from 10 working days outside Europe. The stated transit times and delivery dates are not binding and løndstrupp reserves the right to send deliveries late. The customer will receive a track & trace number with the shipping confirmation. Shipping costs are CHF 19.00 within Europe or CHF 26.00 outside Europe and will be added to the sales price and paid by the buyer. Customs duties, value added tax and import taxes may apply to international shipments. These are to be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the delivery.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The delivered goods shall remain the property of løndstrupp until full payment has been made. If the customer is in default of payment of the purchase price, løndstrupp shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract and reclaim the goods.
RIGHT OF RETURN/CANCELLATION
8.1 General provisions
The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 7 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the provisions of this section if the order is not as requested. However, this right does not apply to all discount sales. Receipt is deemed to be the date of delivery or the first attempted delivery. Prior to any return, londstrupp must be informed by e-mail (info@londstrupp.ch) and the reason for the return must be stated. The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. If the customer wishes an exchange, the desired new product must be indicated. The goods must be returned to the sender’s address in the original packaging with the delivery note. All returned items will be inspected by us. Purchased products must not show any signs of use, otherwise they will not be taken back.
8.2 Exchange and refund of purchase price
In the case of returns with an exchange, the customer will receive a credit note for the value of the exchanged goods plus the shipping costs incurred. In the case of returns without an exchange, only the purchase price will be refunded without the originally incurred shipping costs. The refund of the purchase price will be made via the same payment method as the original payment reached us. Important: In the case of international returns (outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein), any customs duties, taxes or import duties as well as the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
8.3 Warranty
løndstrupp delivers products of good quality. In the event of defects in the delivered goods, løndstrupp shall be entitled to repair or redeliver the goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or redelivered, the customer may demand rescission or reduction of the purchase price in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Any refund shall always be made by the same means of payment as the payment was made. Excluded from the warranty are defects for which løndstrupp is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, interference by the customer or third parties, excessive use or extreme environmental influences as well as comparable other causes.
LIABILITY
Any further claims of the customer are excluded. løndstrupp shall not be liable for any damage which has not occurred to the delivery item itself; in particular not for loss of profit or for any other financial loss of the customer. Insofar as liability is excluded, this shall also apply to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents. The aforementioned limitation of liability shall not apply if the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence or if there is personal injury or if the Product Liability Act applies. The warranty period is 12 months, calculated from delivery. This period is a limitation period and also applies to claims for compensation for consequential harm caused by a defect, insofar as no claims in tort are asserted. In the case of other breaches of duty, løndstrupp shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. This limitation shall also apply to løndstrupp’s legal representatives, employees, workers and vicarious agents.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
løndstrupp reserves all rights for all content of the website. Copying or any other reproduction of the website or parts thereof is only permitted with the consent of løndstrupp.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These GTC and the contracts concluded on the basis of these GTC shall be governed by Swiss law to the exclusion of the CISG. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid or contain loopholes, the legal validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Instead of the ineffective provisions or the omissions, an effective provision shall apply which comes closest to the economic objective intended by the parties.
